For this season we have realised some improvements to our facilities. The most important one is the renovation of the kitchen from the bungalows Finlandia; to make them more modern and functional. We also have renovated the childrens bathrooms in the sanitary block in A section. Bathing time for children is even more fun now!

Customer satisfaction and childrens happiness are very important to us. For that reason we have installed an original, big inflatable mat, that invites families and groups of people of all ages to play and do exercise in a fun and healthy way. We hope you enjoy these improvements!

During the period the campsite is closed, our team is working with a lot of enthusiasm to extend our services and to keep improving with the intention to convert the stay of our clients in a unique experience, The innovation for the next season consists in turning Standard pitches of E section into Confort pitches, in increasing the amount of Elite pitches in C section, and in renovating the kitchen of the Bungalows Finlandia.

In the old, gothic part of Pals there are organized guided tours to know more about the relationship between admiral Columbus and the town of Pals.

Last 8th and 9th of March, the snow storm that hit practically whole Catalonia, also passed over Cypsela causing unusual images of the campsite blanketed by snow. After the heaviest snow fall in years, everything has returned back to normal and now we´re enjoying the first sunny days of springtime while waiting for the summer to arrive.

 
On the 24th and 25th of April, Cypsela Resort participated in the ANWB Kampeerdagen. It was the 11th time that the ANWB, the Royal Dutch Touring Club, organizet this event which took place in Ouderkerk a/d Amstel in the centre of Holland. The Camping Days is an interesting exposition that is visited by Dutch and Belgian camping goers. The stand Selected Campsites of Spain received a lot of visitors, and in total almost 20.000 people visited the exposition.

In December took place the draw for a 50€ discount voucher, between all our guests that completed our questionnaire. This voucher can be used next season during your stay at our campsite, or can be deducted from your final invoice. The winner will receive his voucher by post. We encourage everybody that visits us, to complete the form and have a chance to win this prize.
